The meeting was called to order at 10 am
No approval of minutes (there was not a Quorum for July 6 2011) There for there are no minutes.
Visitors: Two residents from Sherwood Forest came in to report horses are swimming at one of the beaches in Sherwood Forest.
The Board of Health has contacted the Mass DPH.
Review Section # 13 of the Town By-Lays for License, Permits.

Reviewed 206 lot 27 Tremblay (No action taken moved to Conservation.)
A vote was made by Church Andrews to keep Ginger Conner as chair of the board a second was made by Bill Robinson.
A request came from the Town Administrator Craig Klemen to the board about accepting bids to repair the cracks in the tennis courts by Becket –Washington School Well. The board feels there would be no impact how ever it is a public water supply
and a phone call to the department of Public Health should be made by Mr. Klemen
